Step 1. Application:

It's time to start applying – get your resume or CV ready. Your resume gives us a big picture of who you are, and it's our first contact with your abilities, experiences and interests.

Step 2. Application review:

After you apply, our recruiting team will review your resume to ensure you meet the job qualifications. You can check your application status on the candidate portal.

Malathi also advises, "I kept my resume simple and clear, highlighting my professional skills and work experience, followed by my educational background and personal details. This ensured that my key qualifications were easily accessible to the hiring managers.”

Step 3. Assessment:  

Depending on the job you apply to, you may need to complete an online assessment, which will vary based on the role. This may be followed by a digital interview.

Step 4. Interview:

If our recruiting team finds that you’re a good fit, you may be invited to an interview. The interview process will vary by role.

Step 5. Decision:

If an offer has been accepted, you'll receive details about start dates, benefits and onboarding from your recruitment team.
