  • Sales Development - curriculum based development experience that allows you to strengthen your sales acumen while learning how to thrive professionally in a complex organization
  • Sales Rotational - not only will you strengthen your sales skills, but you will gain insight into what our enterprise has to offer through rotational work in UHC, UHG, or Optum
  • Sales Support Rotational - not interested in direct selling? This program provides best in class sales agent support while gaining experience through an enterprise-wide rotation
  • Sales Internship - an immersive experience that includes comprehensive and structured curriculum, exposure to the insurance industry, and networking and development opportunities
  • Sales Co-op - does your school offer a Co-op program where you receive credit for this internship through your university? Throughout this 6-month experience, you'll be trained on the tools and products to serve as a trusted agent for potential customers.  You will also gain exposure to networking and development opportunities
