Our vision is for our clinicians to thrive in an environment where they experience joy at work while mitigating the factors contributing to burnout.  Joy in Practice is a collaborative effort to provide a variety of resources that are committed to reducing burnout and increasing professional joy in clinicians.

Begin Your Journey of Professional Joy

We created are three great resources that focus on ways to find Joy in Practice;

Step 1: engage with our Interactive Roadmap.  The Interactive Roadmap asks the question: How are you feeling today? The interactive roadmap is a quick way to practice self-care to help you reflect on and look forward to your day. The roadmap is divided into three steps:

  1. Check in: how are you feeling today?
  2. Explore: click an area of interest and explore the resources.
  3. Reflect: after exploring the resources, take time to reflect.

Step 2: attend a live event or listen to an on-demand Cleansing Bonfire. Learn more about the Cleansing Bonfire experience.

Step 3: listen to a podcast focused on self-care, personal well-being and other great topics as a part of a Joy Break Podcast Series.
